Our Promise to You At CoFuze™, we are committed to delivering your jewelry with care, efficiency, and love. We want your unboxing experience to be perfect. Please review the following shipping details.

1. Delivery Timeframes To calculate when you will receive your order, please use this formula: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time (Crafting & QA): Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. This includes order verification, quality assurance, and packaging.

    • Note: High-demand items may require an additional 3-7 days for restocking.

  • Shipping Time: generally 7-20 business days depending on your location.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders.

  • Split Shipments: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, items in the same order may be shipped separately from our different global distribution centers. Don't worry if you receive a partial shipment; the rest is on its way!

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status.

4. Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Free shipping applies to most regions.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and depend on the destination country's regulations.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Damaged/Defective: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days at support@cofuze.com with photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement.

  • Lost in Transit: If the tracking shows no movement for an extended period and the carrier confirms it is lost, we will send a free replacement immediately.

  • Marked as Delivered: If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your household or neighbors first. While CoFuze™ is not liable for packages verified as delivered, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

7. Uncontrollable Delays

  • CoFuze™ is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, such as severe weather, carrier strikes, or customs inspections.
