1. Returns
1.1 General Returns:
CoFuze™ accepts returns within:

  • Jewelry & Accessories: 14 days of purchase
  • All Other Products (e.g. apparel, home goods): 30 days of purchase

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping:

  • Jewelry & Accessories: Customer pays return shipping
  • All Other Products: Free returns (prepaid label provided)

EU/UK customers: 14-day withdrawal right applies
California residents: Minimum 30-day return window guaranteed
Australian customers: Our goods come with guarantees under ACL
Saudi Arabia: Refunds processed via SADAD within 14 working days
Japan: 返送料金はお客様のご負担となります
South Korea: 15-day return period under E-Commerce Act
India: 10-day no-questions-asked returns

Note: We don't issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use or misuse. Unapproved returns may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Restocking Fee Note:
A 25% restocking fee applies only to unapproved returns or items returned in unsellable condition (e.g., damaged packaging/missing parts). This fee covers inspection and repackaging costs. The fee will be waived for defective items or returns caused by our errors.

1.2 Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at support@cofuze.com within the applicable return period (14 days for jewelry/30 days for other products) to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund. CoFuze™ will cover all costs associated with a defective product.

For damaged items:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with video proof (minimum 10-second clip showing damage from multiple angles). If video is unavailable, provide at least 3 high-resolution photos as alternative evidence.
  • Eligible for free replacement (no refunds for wear/tear or misuse)

1.3 We cannot refund if:

  • Products are sent to any address not explicitly approved by our team
  • You choose cash on delivery as return method
  • Items are final sale (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Items show damage from normal use or misuse
  • Earrings of any type (due to hygiene concerns)
  • Personalized/customized items (made to customer's specific requirements)

2. Refund Process
2.1 Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollar ($USD) to the original payment method used during the purchase. Customers bear any currency exchange fees.

2.2 Processing Time:

  • Inspection: Up to 10 business days after receiving returns
  • Refund processing: Up to 40 business days post-approval
  • Contact your financial institution if refund doesn't appear after confirmation

3. Return Instructions
3.1 How to Return:
a. Submit a return request by logging into your account or email support@cofuze.com
b. Pack securely with all accessories and original packaging
c. Ship only to our provided address (include order number in package)

Return Shipping:

  • Jewelry & Accessories: Customer covers return shipping
  • All Other Products: Free returns (prepaid label provided)
  • Defective items: We cover all return costs

International Returns:

  • Contact support for regional addresses
  • Customs duties/VAT are non-refundable
  • 日本語の返品規約はご請求時にお送りします
  • UAE: Arabic policy available upon request
  • Mexico: Política en español disponible bajo petición
  • Russia: Return instructions in Russian available via support

4. Self-Service Return Instructions
4.1 Click the profile icon or visit returns page
4.2 Log in via email verification
4.3 Select items to return
4.4 Choose reason and add notes
4.5 Submit request (approved returns receive shipping instructions)

5. Additional Policies
Cancellations:

  • Must request within 24 hours of order placement
  • Refunds processed within 10 business days

Product Safety:

  • Follow all usage instructions and safety precautions
  • Discontinue use if discomfort occurs and contact us immediately

Shipping:

  • Not responsible for delays caused by couriers/customs
  • Contact carrier directly for lost/stolen packages
